Refund and Return Policy for Gymgasm.in

RETURNS
β€’ All orders are final sale.
β€’ We do not accept returns for any reason, including sizing issues or change of mind.
β€’ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery at support@gymgasm.in
  • Provide clear photos or video showing the issue for validation

Once verified, we may offer:

  • Β An exchange for the same product, if available (or)
  • Store credit of the same value for a future purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

β€’ Exchanges are only offered for:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong item delivered

β€’ We do not offer exchanges for size or color preferences unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
β€’ In cases where return pickup is not available at your PIN code, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
β€’ Once we receive the package and inspect the issue, we will process the exchange within 48 hours.
β€’ Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags for eligible exchanges.

ORDERS

β€’ Please double-check your shipping and billing address before placing your order.
β€’ Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to it, including size, address, or cancellation requests.
β€’ We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
