Refund and Return Policy for Gymgasm.in
RETURNS
β’ All orders are final sale.
β’ We do not accept returns for any reason, including sizing issues or change of mind.
β’ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery at support@gymgasm.in
- Provide clear photos or video showing the issue for validation
Once verified, we may offer:
- Β An exchange for the same product, if available (or)
- Store credit of the same value for a future purchase
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
β’ Exchanges are only offered for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong item delivered
β’ We do not offer exchanges for size or color preferences unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
β’ In cases where return pickup is not available at your PIN code, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
β’ Once we receive the package and inspect the issue, we will process the exchange within 48 hours.
β’ Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags for eligible exchanges.
ORDERS
β’ Please double-check your shipping and billing address before placing your order.
β’ Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to it, including size, address, or cancellation requests.
β’ We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
